Louise Roberts – Lead Coach
I am a personal and executive coach, based in Edinburgh, Scotland. I have been coaching clients for a number of years as well as training individuals and groups in key personal development areas. I am a qualified Chartered Accountant whose Senior Management experience and Board Level participation, combined with my extensive coaching skills, and training, now help others achieve the unthinkable.
I believe my own life experiences, as well as nearly two decades of experience in the corporate world, and in organisational change and development, have provided me with a unique background, as well as a range of skills, and ability, to be a successful coach.
I have spent my professional life talking and listening to people from all walks of life, and in all areas of business. The skills and experience I have gained in my career, add hugely to my current work as a coach, as both have involved interacting with people, making sense of complex information and helping individuals and businesses implement tough, long lasting positive change.
I came into coaching because it had such an impact on my own life and strengthened my belief that everyone should be able to reach their full potential and feel that on a scale of 1 to 10, their satisfaction and fulfillment in life is at 10+.
During our coaching sessions you will not fail to notice my endless energy and enthusiasm for life. My positive attitude will also prove invaluable in our coaching sessions and will help you to work through all sorts of areas to achieve your personal best, in whatever way that may be measured.
